Hey Everyone! Well, here it is. The video that didn't want to be made. I had a heck of a time getting this thing created. The sled was easy compared to the video. I lost footage, got a new phone and lost all of my edits. Had sync issues, you name it.

Anyway, the sled has been an amazing addition to my table saw and I set the plans up so that you can easily adjust any dimensions that you want to make it work for your saw. My saw is the Saw Stop 3hp PCS.

Remember to please comment below and ask me some questions as i will address the important ones in my follow up video!

Thanks again for your patience on this one and see you soon!
Casey

That is one beautiful piece of art. That is something I would love to build from my shop.🤘🏼
  • @danielspr
Absolutely beautiful sled, amazing design with multiple uses!!
  • Very nice job. Your craftsman ethics will not let you do anything less the the best you can.

I've thought it was the nuts since I first saw it, and been waiting for your vids. Looks great and I just bought a Sawstop so I am surely gonna buy your plans. Awesome all around as usual. Thank you.
  • @allent555
Wow, that’s a very functional design!!! My son and I are going to build one similar. Thank you for showing this to us.

I like the look, practicality and usefulness. Will build one with a few of my own modifications. Great job, great video especially knowining I am not the only over builder here.
  • @BfreeBob
Great design! I've lost count of all the sleds I've made only to trash them and start over once the zero clearance eventually gets out of whack. I think I'll give this a try. Thanks!
  • Nice work Casey!!! I really like the way you designed so that you can adjust the kerf and use it for different size blades. My sled was always set up for a thin kerf blade, but one day I used a regular kerf blade so now I'm stuck with that bigger kerf. Nice Job!!

This is the sled I have been looking for. Best I have ever seen. Great job editing too.
  • A lot of cleverness and thought here, Casey, and ultimately what looks to be a very practical design. Function and fine finish, both! And you've made the inevitable trade-offs with great consideration. Well done. I've bounced around on a design for my own sled -- and I think I may just have found the winner.
  • The best design of a sled i have seen so far , well thought out .
  • Just saw your video on this beautiful crossscut sled. Can’t wait to build it. Just happened to have a brand new sheet of baltic birch plywood, that was ment for this project. Thanks bunches David

This would be a great addition to any shop. This is awesomeness.
  • @EvanDunville
Wow the sled is awesome. I really like the side 45 edge and expandable middle!
  • @GeneralEOD
Absolutely stellar design for running various widths with dado blades.
  • @rcrogers6
Elegant, but practical with unique features. Enjoyable to watch.
  • What a great video and a great sled. I have a SawStop JSS and this looks like it wouldn’t be too big for it and has so many great features. I started on one but I think I haven’t gotten far enough that I can’t change to your style with a few mod’s of my own. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to seeing the follow up video on it.
