Hi Everyone, So happy to here that everyone is liking the idea of this infused honey. It's got a kick to it - especially with the garlic - but I think it will certainly help to send the cold germs packing!! Love, Mary

I made a bottle of this in 2000 and it helped my brother a lot in healing from tuberculosis, complementing his medications. It's been 22 years and he has been living a healthy and sports active lifestyle. 💛 your videos from the Philippines 😃

I make it with just garlic. I'll add the ginger and turmeric next time. I do leave it on the counter and let it ferment for a few weeks, burping each day. Then I just store it in my pantry. Eating the garlic with the honey is good too, and the flavor becomes very mild, my son will eat it and he doesn't care for garlic. It'll store for years and works better the longer it sits, garlic can turn blue, green or black, but is just fine.

This is great for healing everything not just cold and glue but for stomach ulcers, gastritis , heartburn, bloating, ect detox
  • Make another batch when you are running low, so that you will not run out. Remember, it has to ferment for a few weeks. I love this flu bomb year round.

No one ever mentions to new parents the amount of times you get sick cause your kids start/switch daycare or schools... It's awful. Thank you for the recipe!!

LOVE This recipe! I had done this last year & grated the ginger & turmeric, the garlic was thinly sliced. It ended up in the back of my fridge by summer & I almost threw it out. I wondered if it was okay, smelled fine, tasted fine so I put it into hot water & it was still good 1 year later LOL... Not sure how long it keeps? The honey preserves it so I really don't think it will go bad. I learned a new trick with garlic- my hubby came home from Costco with a 3lb bag of organic, peeled garlic. I FROZE it in ziplock freezer bags & whenever I need to use it I get my fine, handheld grater & it grates up quickly & easily. I hate wasting garlic or in the middle of cooking, I reach for it & realize that it's petrified & useless. Now I will never run out!!! Now I can make a big batch of this & some to share. Does anybody ever add a little vinegar to this mix? Would that affect the fermentation?
  • Mary, you have to add black pepper to your mixture to release the power of your tumeric.
  • 💚 I'm definitely going to give that recipe a try! Thanks, Mary 💚
