This week we bring you a Cessna 421C that we have currently listed for sale. Don't let the high-time deceive you. This airplane has been very well cared for and nicely upgraded. It flies as good as a 421 can fly. I was very impressed with this airplane.

Unfortunately we lost the audio that we usually record onboard the airplane midway through the flight, so don't get thrown off by the voice-over we added later.

Owing it's solid feel aided by an STOL kit? I know I saw VG's, but it also looked like some T/E flap extension links, but it also looked like split flaps, so idunno the kit well enough.

Pretty Bird … it's got that chic late 70s look, perfect for flying Charlie's Angels onto their next mission 😉

As someone who is graduating university in three months with a Pro-Pilot degree and a CFI certificate, I really appreciate these videos. After flying for four years, my knowledge had been limited to mostly Cherokees, Cessna 152/172's and piper Seminoles. So these videos really expand the horizon on what I would love to fly in GA after graduation.

Cessna Piston twins all really have a special ramp appeal, some of the most beautiful airplanes made.
  • Unlike these newer Twins ...One of the many beauties of this Aircraft is the low profile dash giving one or both pilots greater field of vision .

Ah Montgomery field. Was back there looking around about a year ago. Almost wanted to cry how much it had changed from the early 80's when I started flying from there. Anybody remember the 94th Aero Squadron restaurant? How about Western Sun Aviation?

Grew up flying in a 1978 421c. Very impressive how easy you made it look starting the engines. My mom would flip every time there was a hot start😂

Rich, sweet 421! Thanks for the detailed tour. Happy belated New Year BTW!
  • I adore the 421. Years ago I did my multi training in it. Its Cessna's work of art. And this one is truly beautiful with the Garmin glass. Lovely - just lovely.
