The defendant hired the plaintiff to be his healthcare aide after a motorcycle accident. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant harassed her, so she quit. The plaintiff says the defendant hasn't yet paid her in full, so she's suing. The defendant denies the harassment accusations, and he believes the plaintiff is making up this lawsuit as a money grab.

    I think the defendant requires a male caretaker. The plaintiff is sketch, but I feel as if she's not lying about the sexual harassment.

    Her appearance, behavior & criminal record in front of the judge says it all. She is extremely troubled & that type of work is not for her. She needs help taking care of herself first. 🙏🏿🙌🏾

    She has issues but bruh sitting there looking guilty af!!!! It’s telling that his wife isn’t there. If a woman accused my husband of SA I would be there front and center defending him. 🤨

    She was very specific about the harassment incidents. I believe her. Even if she is or was on drugs,no one deserves to be harassed. She was working for him to earn an honest living wage.

    I feel bad for her and hope she gets help. I just wish she knew how to conduct herself in court.

    She definitely needs therapy to help her with the past trauma. I do believe he did harass her.

    I have dealt with home health aides before. They are supposed to help with health issues, not errands. And getting ciggs. Agencies usally have a separate home aide for nonmedical things. And no matter how bad a home aide she is, no one deserves sexual harassment.

    Funny his wife couldn't make it to court with him. I think she did tell the plaintiff to go file charges and that she hadn't had sex with him in years. Not saying the plaintiff doesn't have her own issues but I believe he talked and acted inappropriate towards her.

    I don't necessarily believe she didn't work, but she needed to figure out how to come into court and act responsible and trust worthy. The way she was made her lose this case. He was a mess too. If she just acted right it probably would have been in her favor.

    The judge jumping on the plaintiff but not jumping on the defendant for laughing when the plaintiff is almost in tears!! BS
