Crust:
1 (17 oz) pkg. Pecan Sandies Cookies
Filling:
1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz) can evaporated whole milk
Directions:
For each pie crust, crush 1 row of cookies in a food processor or in a ziploc bag with a rolling pin. Push crumbs into bottom and up sides of pie pan. Repeat for second crust.
For filling, thaw lemonade and Cool Whip. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a spatula. Pour filling into prepared crusts. Cover with aluminum foil. Freeze until firm, usually overnight. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Makes two 9 inch pies.

Awesome video! An idea- mixing the crushed sandies with a small amount of butter or cool whip to help hold it intact. Also love the idea to add lemon slices, raspberries, and sandie crumbles on top!!
