Ok, to be honest, yes, my eyes are on fire from all that red. Inspired by the lakes around where I live with no big snowy mountain in the scene. This landscape painting should be easy enough for a beginner while still looking stunning. Only 3 colors and white - Bright Red, Midnight Black, and Cad Yellow. I applied liquid clear to the canvas instead of liquid white.

I followed your tutorial and I really enjoyed it. Mine didn't turn out too bad considering I don't really paint very often. Thank you for the tutorial. It was super easy to follow and the painting you did was very pretty.
