I messed around with the clip a bit, with several different speeds and reverse so on, then i sped it up just slightly and it came clear what it says, there is just a bit of gap between the words that it is confusing to hear the first time. I added text just to make it obvious when the words are said. I also checked the Japanese trailer and it has the same thing, which is very interesting.

If its anything like Midnas voice from TP then its scrambled and reversed. So maybe try reversing and reordering the sounds.
