17:13 you can see he'd look perfect with that beard. Cut everything she's holding off and it'd be much better. That said, this is still one of the best transformations on the channel that I've seen. The haircut alone is a MASSIVE improvement. Very great stuff!!

Can relate to the early gray, too started salt and pepper at 27. Now late 40’s it is totally silver. Sort of wish I would have grown the beard out when it was still red. Ginger beard.
