Materialistic over consumption.👎🏽 I have enough. (Plus, I'm now afraid to carry my LVs, my Birkin, etc...just collects dust in my closet 🙄) Nowadays I'm creating memories. My money goes to family vacations, luxury trips with people who care about and love me. -- Don't fall for it, y'all.

Hi Michelle! Gosh, I rarely shop at Sephora these days. I’m turning 40 very soon, and I have more than enough (in the makeup dept. lol) I love your makeup! Would love to know your current faves that you’re using for makeup right now. I’m realizing now I have to be grateful for what I have, not what I don’t have. I love coach btw. I cringe when some random girl on tik tok posts that “coach” isn’t in. Yes it is! 🙄😂

Great video. Nice to buy luxury items but ONLY if one can truly afford them. Pay off kids education, mortgage, etc., etc. then its fine to treat oneself upon occasion. Get life priorities done first.

I have about 15 designer bags, mostly LV and chanel. I dont use them. I bought an $50 amazon bag and that is what i reach for everyday now and i get compliments on it. I dont have to worry about ruining it, worry about drawing bad attention. The real luxury is to be worry and stress free. And i dont hv time to switch bags, its kinda of a hassle really.

I got caught up for a minute in the Hermes game and started to peel back the layers of toxicity. hermes doesnt love me back :`( and it's crazy as hell for me to think they'd want to "offer" me their supposedly best selling bags and overpriced birds charms to go with it . they wanted to make me jump through hoops for an ugly Evelyn bag bc I am not their ideal client. Their ideal client is famous or rich. I'm neither. They don't want my regular person dollars that I have been saving all my life and just want one bag fit for a queen, to celebrate a milestone, :( I know it doesnt mean I am unloveable if hermes wont sell me a QB. Loro Piana and Loewe welcome me warmly and practically beg to be my new SA and butter me up to buy a hand-made bag just as well crafted as Hermes. and with the lawsuit and Hermes lying through their teeth that they do not "tie sales" "that it's all about "relationship with an SA" (which means, dating them, being their friend? or buying from them so they get commission? that's tying sales). thanks for fighting the good fight against consumerism. I love fashion but I need to learn that these certain brands doing illegal things or lying about inventory because they only want the likes of Melania Trump and Bravo Housewives owning a Birkin without playing a shetty game of wasting their money, are not cool. I just cant hate myself enough to go on the Hermes SA loyalty journey and have them not sell me what I want bc "inventory" ,

The most I've spent at Sephora is $40 ish that is like twice a year. I don't use 200 facial products and idc what the heck these influencers are doing.... I don't want their links 😂 not about to take my $ Sephora. Now bags I just do preloved but I only buy if it is a really good deal.
