This is the time of year when it's weeks of mud and slop all over because the snow has all melted. It's so gross outside lol. That food looked great.

They may be far away but they are always in your heart and head. It happens birds have to fly. I even cried a bit with your story of your children and I don't have human children (furry Cat children yes.) You know how to tell a story and put so much heart in it from the cooking segments to the family segments to the dead retail films. Proud of you

Its always hard for a parent to see there kids growing, been there, now im blessed that they woke up and came back to the state. hang in there
  • I feel for you about your son moving. Two of my babies have lived 12 hours away since they were 3 and 4. It's been tough. The good thing is that we have so many ways now to keep in touch. Messenger, video chat, etc. No matter what happens, God is gonna see you through

My family had this happen too. My sister married a man who was in the area for work but who moved while they were dating (for work), but his family was 2000 miles away. They tried to live near his family for a while. My sister hated it and they have been living back here for 14 years now because it was the better fit.

Your kids are all strong, independent, good people because you raised them well! Be proud, papa...and remind me of this conversation in three years when my son is ready to be independent too lol!! 😉 Have a great day Nate! ☺

Sorry for your sadness. Change is always hard especially when it's your children moving away. Gives you a great reason to travel to go see your son and his girlfriend. Wow! that taco pizza!

Good morning! Taco pizza looks yummy.
  • Our kids have to spread their wings and fly!! It’s sad but it’s not Europe or Asia, it’s still drivable and our technology is great. That pizza looks amazing!! Nate, the master chef!!

I just subscribed yesterday morning and I noticed that your videos drop at around 5 a.m. here in New Mexico so I can watch your videos on my last break at work (I work overnights at walmart) and I can make a grocery list then. I didn't know onions had carbs till this video so I look forward to more videos and low carb food.
  • Hot in the morning, cold at night, cold in the morning hot at night....rain to snow to 10 degrees celcius....sounds like Nova Scotia. The rule around here is, don't like the weather? Wait five minutes, it'll be something completely different! Have a great day!

Love your videos and just think they’re just miles away nothing a plane ride or long drive couldn’t fix.
  • Culinary... but i just love Pittsburgh. I’d still love to go but, I don’t want to get tired of the city. I like the excitement of just visiting for a few days. I’m boring I ain’t going anywhere 😂😂😂😂😂
  • As my family has grown and evolved, all my siblings have left Ohio. My brother is 12 hours away, and my sister is 5 hours away. I didn't want to move too far from my folks, because the rest of our extended family is in PA, and I want to be able to look out for them if they need me for anything. It's tough being split up from my siblings and family in PA, but we still chat and get together for Christmas most times. Should you have a need to get out of the house and explore, we have a great place to go check out, but it's a little bit of a road trip. "BTW, you're such a nerd..." -Kara
