After dropping the first trailer for Venom: The Last Dance, Tom Hardy gave an interview to Forbes where he seemed to confirm the existence of a Spider-Man in Venom’s universe. A universe that seems to also contain Morbius, Vulture, and seemingly Kraven. But that quote was mysteriously removed from the article within hours. So what gives? Jessica Clemons breaks down the possibilities of who this Spider-Man could be, and whether or not we’ll be seeing them in the upcoming Venom film.

The big problem with the Venomverse Spidey being Gwen, Hobie, or Miles, from Across the Spiderverse, is that they're animated. We saw Spot enter the Venomverse, and remain animated. And we saw live-action Prowler imprisoned and remain live-action. The point of the Spiderverse is those universes are actually animated as we see them (and with variations in animation style). I doubt we'd see one of them bopping about with Venom Roger Rabbit style.

No, it should be Andrew. I think Venom just takes place before Andrew's movies. Were going to see Connors lose his arm, and therefore confirm that this all takes place in Andrew's universe

6:02 so random but I just love that scene from Civil War where Peter casually catches Bucky’s Hail Mary left hook and overpowers him with just the greatest of ease. It just shows how just how strong Peter could be and how much he holds back.

Even though I do think Venom 3 and Kraven will be decent compared to the other Sony movies, I think we're wasting our time trying to figure out anything Sony does anymore

A climax cameo of Andrew saving venom from other symbiotes or a misunderstood fight between venom and Andrew Spiderman would be enough to make this movie crazy after no way home

Garfield makes so much more sense for Hardy than Tom Holland does. Let MCU have their own Eddie Brock.

It should definitely be Andrew Garfields Spiderman! Tobey already has a trilogy along with Holland with a possible 4th. Garfield needs a third to somewhat complete the franchise and have a fitting ending

I wonder what his actual words were. The brackets around [at Sony] indicates it's not what he literally said, he may have said something more relative such as "we have on here", and I wonder if that could have been misinterpreted.
