    Once you eat sushi and sashimi in Japan, you’re spoiled for sushi anywhere else in the world. It’s so clean and pure, and the rice is so soft. The best.

    Ben's videos are always such a vibe. A food enthusiast who just eats and open mindedly talks about how much he appreciates the food + just life stuff. Love it! I could zone out, watching his videos for days. They're all so comforting to watch in a way that's hard to explain
  • so for the nigiri you ate this in order" shrimp, horse maceral, red snapper, tuna (lean part), some type of fish (idk either lol) but looks like white fish, chutoro (tuna inbetween the belly and lean part), another one idk, otoro (fattiest part of the tuna, stomach), sea urchin, salmon eggs, tomago and the 6 pieces was mince tuna (probably mince chutoro)
