Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix included the original Kingdom Hearts, Chain of Memories and 365/2 Days. On 1.5 Remix, Square Enix decided not to include the full game, but only the cutscenes with short text sections to fill in gameplay parts. We have no original gameplay in this video, and simply recorded and edited together. All credit goes to the brilliant minds at Square Enix, and we wish to share this with Kingdom Hearts fans.

Xemnas, leader of Organization XIII, finds the newly-born Roxas in Twilight Town and recruits him as its thirteenth member. Unlike other Nobodies, Roxas lacks memories of his original self, Sora, but develops a personality of his own as time passes. Each day, Roxas is sent on missions to other worlds, either alone or accompanied by a fellow member, to destroy vast quantities of Heartless with his Keyblade and release stolen hearts, which furthers the Organization's goal of creating Kingdom Hearts and becoming complete beings.
For copyright reasons, we had to remove Utada Hikaru's beautiful song, Sanctuary/Passion. While this is very disappointing, we replaced it with Kyle Landry's and Josh Chiu's wonderful rendition of the song. No copyright infringement is intended. The original video can be found here!

Hmm, Everyone always says that Axel disliked Xion, and while I do sense some jealousy and slight resentment, it actually does feel like they did become friends in many scenes.

Am I the only one who thought this game had the best story and character depth of the series? I always felt Sora and Riku fit the typical stereotypes of happy-go-lucky protagonist and edgier more serious rival, while you watch the bond between Roxas, Axel, and Xion happen as time passes, and watch them slowly come out of their shells, first Roxas and then Xion. No other game in the series gives you that intense level of backstory, and you feel more invested in the characters as time goes on.

I love how interesting Axel's character is in these games. You could write a whole thesis essay on his character and his development from Chain of Memories, KHII, and 358/2 days. Just those games alone, not to mention the games when he is Lea.

The thing is, even if the memories of Xion and Roxas would remain inside him, Sora wouldn't consider that good enough. He'd set out to make them whole, living and breathing again. That's just who Sora is. He couldn't help it.

Fun fact: This was Wayne Allwine's last game as Mickey Mouse. RIP Wayne Allwine and Russi Taylor. Thank you so voicing these characters.

When you realize Axel is chilling with two copies of Sora... I know they end up being different beings, but they were kind of born from the same person... it's actually both dark and sad, like the fake Riku in Chain of Memories. "Sora's power will belong to us" after watching Dream Drop Distance HOOOOLD THE PHOOONE!!!
