5 tortillas 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter
14 oz ground beef (400 g)
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp minced dry garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
Black pepper to taste
2 oz onion (50 g)
2 oz spring onions (50 g)
1 ounce parsley (25 g)
7 oz of your favorite cheese (200 g)

This is a good recipe, tasty, quick and excellent value. We have made one addition to the meat filling and that is adding turkish mild pepper paste to the ingredients that is purly personnel prefferance, we also grate the onion rather than chop it again more of a personnel prefferance the onion cooks better and is sweeter. If you have access to a microwave at work these make a great work lunch. Thank you for the recipe, Take care, God bless one and all.
