    UPDATE: I followed this with my boyfriend it's been a month now, He lost around 8kg and I lost around 10kg, the key here is to be persistent and stuff, at first you don't feel like you lose any weight at all but just keep doing it and you can see the results! We went to do some home workouts at least 3 times a week to speed up our weightloss and ofcourse the diet and water drinking is super essential to reaching your goal, starving yourself tho is never an option, just let your body lose the weight step by step!
