Just getting back to my roots on how my whole YouTube journey began 3 years ago, with a mix of poetry and yoga, that the homies and I started calling โ€œyogatreeโ€ (sp?) ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Anyhow, at the age of 42 I am still limber, flexible, and strong enough to still pull off a few moves that I thought Iโ€™d share with my subbies on this platform.
