Oda just proved to us readers that 800 years are not long enough to get over PTSD 😂
  • Emmett: RELEASING JOYBOY’S 800 YEAR OLD HAKI Imu: “Aight, imma flood the world again.”
  • "we are the ones who weave history .. through the sound of the great belfry... " - Nico Robin while reading the Shandian poneglyph.

when you realized there was knots in the one piece logo

Joy Boy's haki alone was enough to defeat the 5 elders and make Imu tremble 😱

Speaking of knots and ropes: there is a rope and a knot that were shown literally in every single episode/chapter of one piece since its beginning. Just look at the logo.

This makes me feel that this is how devil fruits were first created. Having the chance to weave the will of a person as well as their their haki strength
  • It’s a lot like the cloud knots that Nami found during the time skip

3:35 About Imu feeling the Haki. I read from someone else a great theory. We know Oda likes to repeat themes across stories; on Egghead island we've seen Vegapunk having 'satellites' that are interconnected; likewise we have seen the Elders be summoned in unison, meaning they are interconnected as well. What if the Elders are in fact just Imu's satellites? It would explain why he felt Joyboy's Haki as if he was there with the Elders. It's not that the Haki reached Mary Geoise, but rather Imu felt it through the Elders, which are an extension of himself.

The anime version of the rope pulling haki release scene is going to be fkn insane
  • 'Bink's Sake' sounds like a pun of 'Bink's Haki'. Not sure if the written texts suggest the same thing. The Sake/Haki won't be ready until it's properly aged lol.
  • @JaimeD.
The Iron Giant gave one last hurrah with a huge Conqueror's Haki that made 3/5 of the Gorosei retreat back to their base of power, while Imu got shocked in disbelief of feeling Joyboy's essence. What a moment.

haki is basically a 800 years old fart stored inside emeth
  • I like to imagine Oda watches your videos and starts punching the air out of frustration, everytime you guess something right! 😂😂

"We are the ones who weave history" Suddenly...it changes the meaning if this small inconsecuencial phrase told on Skypea
  • That Joyboy Haki used by Robot was insane. It's in whole another level.

I love how émeth is the name of doc brown who invented time travel
  • I have a few things to point out. 1. Ponyglyphs were already confirmed to be made by stone carvers from Wano, specifically Oden's family passing down the trade. 2. Joyboy has a devil fruit that allows him to do virtually anything he wants and this may be why he was able to "weave" his haki in to the knot (althought to be frank, I think this point is being overthought). 3. The biggest mystery in One Piece is actually how Ace found so much time to bond with Squardo (the old man that tried to turn on Whitebeard during marineford) 4. If Emeth was a person, he was probably an ogre like Oars and Kaidou or a giant
  • @RayAkuma
The one piece was the haki we made along the way😂
