I shoot my mouth off and constantly things come out that I dont mean, cannot take back, and it disgusts me with myself. Control What You Can: Focus on things you can change, like your actions and attitudes. Accept What You Can't: Some things are out of your hands; learn to let go. Stay Calm: Train yourself to stay cool, even when things get tough. Be Good: Act with honesty, courage, fairness, and self-control. Stay Present: Pay attention to the here and now, without getting caught up in worries. Keep Perspective: Remember life's big picture; today's problems aren't everything. 💯
