Bradford Family Pool Construction Time-Lapse by Mike Farley. Award winning swimming pool designer Mike Farley shares one of his outdoor backyard designs with you.

Hope you enjoy this beautiful swimming pool project. This project was all about the trees and a swim up bar with kitchen so all the trees were located, sized and elevation established to determine the area of no pool, patio and grade change . The radius of the pool was determined by key tree locations to maximize function and minimize tree loss. Laminar jets, sheer rains and fire bowls provided unique focal points depending on the time of day and viewing location. The laminar jet canisters were hidden by the grade change in the grass below the pool. The cabana has everything for a great party including a pizza oven and margarita machine. The gable roof profile provided minimal 'roof view' and more 'tree view' from the primary sight lines of the house. The pool fits the yard, the views from the house, and the clients dreams and the trees too.
