This is why the ministry of magic keeps the wizarding world a secret.

The audio: cute 6 year old girl sharing some recipes. The video: medieval torture device to steam the crabs alive at high pressure.

People going on about the cruelty of the Chinese should understand thats exactly how Indians feel about Americans eating beef . It's not about the manner of slaughter, it's the slaughter itself

Like a mini version of the "brazen bull" torture device.

I don't see what the big deal is. When we have seafood boils the seafood is still alive when we put it in the pot. I guess I'm just used to it. We've been cooking seafood like that all my life.

I dont understand why the chinese stand out as having zero symaphy for animals. Like, whats going on in their brain?

Chinese Try not to brutally kill your food before eating challenge: impossible
  • @LokitheHuman
Well at least they cant fit a puppy or kitten in there. I am sure they would have tried.
  • To all of these people trying to make this a Chinese thing, I once worked for an American chain grocery store where people had no issue with ordering live lobsters, and then watching us place them in the steamer (alive). Not to mention the things the Western world does to other human beings to bring them freedom. Lol
  • @The_weapon_guy
This is technically the same as the metal bull torture for humans.
  • @sayajinmamuang
Imagine yourself stuck in a metal pod spinning 360° and being roasted alive for someone's meal.

Idk why ppl are so mad at her. If you've ever eaten crab or lobster, it was probably boiled alive.
