The Cure To Procrastination

Your habit of procrastinating is induced by stress,
focus on something you enjoy that occupies your mind positively and productively.
If you need to take a break, watch something informative,
go for a walk, listen to instrumentals and get back to work.
Remember that the first minute of deep work is the hardest part.
Resist the temptations to veer your attention elsewhere and work on
the priority tasks that move you toward your vision.
