It's sad that our schools don't teach the American economy since it is the benchmark of the world! They don't understand world prices on oil, sugar, soy, wheat, and transportation.
  • The fact that the majority Of american people don't know this already is the real crime...😮
  • Praying for good health while eating pizza with overweight family at the table 😮 oof

I’m not convinced that interviewing individuals is helpful to bring understanding and compassion into politics. The vast majority of Americans simply repeat the talking points they hear on their media choices. I rarely hear someone that has really thought deeply on any political issue.
  • END LOBBYING + ENACT TERM LIMITS FOR EVERY GOV'T ELECTED POSITION.

These seniors don't realize that they lose their social security checks under project 2025. Also under tariffs, economists have already said that imflation will definitely rise on all import goods under trump.

If everything is so tough these days, why does almost everyone in this video look generously fed? Most Americans are so spoiled that they think a slight loss of luxuries is an attack on their freedom.

Here is what I see that is this country’s biggest issues. The lady who is a trump supporter and Republican. She owns a cannabis company, she thinks women rights are trampled on and has a problem with reproductive issues that should be handled by women. How contradictive can you get. Those are issues the GOP fight against. I see this everywhere. I don’t understand how an educated person can not know the difference. I love the attitude of the Lee lady from New Jersey. Unfortunately communities are divided by politics more now than ever. And with good reason. The rights threat to our democracy, blatantly breaking ethics codes, the leader of the gop breaking the law to to show he can and don’t care has the support of people who I have cared for. I don’t care for them anymore. They are threat to my freedom and therefore I can’t trust them at any level.

The guy complaining about mail in voting threatening democracy—three states have used that as their primary method of voting and nobody complained about that. Oh, and Trump did mail in voting in 2020. Give me a break

I’ve never felt more alienated from both of them these groups of people. I don’t understand any of you.

There needs to be reforms in political parties. They’re getting too far apart to the point where it’s actually hard to pick or choose.
  • This is aggravating and very unhelpful. These people are close to ending democracy as we know it in America, why give them a platform? So that we can "understand" them? If we haven't understood them in 8 years, why do you think we will understand them now?

Politicians are no longer in touch with the people, just look what happened in England, same in France. In both instances the ruling coalition lost because they spent more time addressing issues that were not relevant to the common Joe. The same is occurring here.
