There's a reason why the LFA was Jeremy Clarkson's favorite car of all time..and he's driven a lot of cars
  • @DWillis7
It's not slow, you're just used to hypercars. Everything will seem slow after a Bug or Rimac. You don't buy an LFA for the speed, it's about the experience, the sound, the handling etc.

The LFA is absolutely worth the hype. Have to remember it’s a decade old too. It’s an amazing car

Some don't know this, but the LFA had its exhaust tuned by Yamaha audio engineers to make it sound as it does. Normally I think an aftermarket solution is the way to go for most performance cars, but in the case of the LFA idk if it's honestly the smart thing to do. But overall for a now 11 year old car that's using technology that essentially from the mid/late 2000's, it's an exceptional piece of technology and automotive history. And given the Hamilton Collection's presence in the larger car community I think it would serve the LFA well to be in the collection so it can get the proper recognition & appreciation it deserves.

That’s my OLD LFA!!!!!!! I love that car so much, I need to buy it back!
  • @AndyWood71
Love that they say it's slow with a 0-60 time of 3.9 seconds says a lot about there collection 🙂
  • @LilGuch2
This car is not for speed or performance. They built this car for comfort, sound, and mechanic feeling. True masterpiece of sound engineering
  • @DahRidlah
The Story is amazing of that thing, the developed it twice, cause once finished it was too heavy so they started in carbon again, rev counter was made digital as no analog one could keep with the engine, sound is so awesome
  • @remie4494
For the year of the car, it's what was expected back then. Wouldn't run it with some of today's exotics.. But it is what it is, and still historical..
  • @russiank9802
The exhaust resonates through the cabin with a super cool system of pipes that literally wrap around the driver and passenger, I would highly recommend looking up how it works!
  • @Rocky-hh3yg
Forget about the acceleration for a minute, it won’t be slow when you’re driving it in its powerband which will be above 6k, remember it’s not turbo it’s an old school NA screamer. Get those revs up.

Finally someone showcasing an LFA, this car is about the sound and experience and ill be honest no one has had the balls to even attempt to improve the performance aspect of an LFA
  • @collinram96
LFA just has a lot of emotion to it. Worth it!
  • @jacob_coomes
i love that steve gets straight to the point instead of saving it for the last 10 seconds of the video
  • @_DaanP
4:56 "it is slow, but so is Tommy" Can we get a moment of silence for the burn victim please.
  • @platinumtoast
imo the LFA is the best sounding car ive heard. how could you not sit there and rev it? She's a BEAUTY sir!
