"They were shooting at each other very, very close range, they could see each other just trying to get round the corners. These Russians had the latest equipment, the latest Kalashnikovs, night vision goggles."

Maxim Tucker tells Frontline of an account by Ukrainian soldiers who saw Russian troops killed in a raid on positions near Kharkiv.

So Ukraine had 2-3 weeks where they could have disrupted this Russian build up near Kharkiv with US missile systems. But the USA would not let them. Why are they forcing Ukraine to fight with both hands tied behind there back? Can you imagine US soldiers not being allowed to strike a enemy well they are very vulnerable? US + allies need to lift the restrictions on Ukraine.

Kate's USP. She asks simple questions, of expert ppl, and then let's them answer. Not hard really, but nowadays, uncommon. Good work.

I am so dissapointed in europe dragging their feet on support for Ukraine. England's Ben Wallace played a key role in upping the support. But when it came to Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland(šŸ˜¢) my goodness, what a let down. They're all waiting for the U.S. to take the first step. Even now, two years after the full invasion we're still not clear on to wether Ukraine may or may not use the ample force they got on Russian territory. It's embarassing. Send ukraine all they need and more, without restrictions.

Two days ago, Sec. of State Blinken yet again said that the US will allow Ukrainian forces to fire into Russia, as is absolutely necessary for the defenders near Kharkiv. That is not yet the US position, but the authorities clearly are rapidly moving toward that position.

This gentleman is a wonderful guest. Looking forward to more from him.
  • Iā€™m confused does the Russian side even know why they are attacking their neighbor? I see all the propaganda bots but none of them give an answer of why.
  • ā€œActions are needed. Words matter but Actions are needed in order to save Ukraine, and actually in order to save an entire civilization, mainly the Western civilization; the Free World. We have to frame this war [Russia-Ukraine war] in that context. This war is Not just a war between Ukraine and Russia. This is the war that criminal Putin waged against Nato; the Western civilization, and actually against Humanity.ā€ ā€” Arseniy Yatsenyuk, former PM of Ukraine
