That`s a good insight as to what is out there to buy online. But also that is what is killing the local tackle shops that us old gits are used to. I believe that in about 10 years time the likes of Korda, Fox and Ridgemonkey, along with all the major brands, will all be selling online direct to customers as there will unfortunately be no tackle shops left.

Just got a 18.5l water butt. Exactly the same as ridgemonkey minus the label. Has a tap, brushes and water spouts. Cost 13 quid. Got a little pan and kettle set for a tenner and it's perfect for 2 ppl. Lead clips, swivels Size 8 and 11. Surface floats. Tons of little bits that all work grand. Leave things in your basket, add and remove the same item and eventually you get it at a silly price. Not everything will be amazing but if you're savvy you can literally save a small fortune and get the same things in a shop minus the packaging.

What a great way of showing you don't need to be a tackle tart to land fish if it does the job and what a great cheap set up for kids or just a throw in the car while on holiday

Bought a lot of stuff from temu. Pva products, braided mainline, end tackle, boilieneedles, pulla’s, leader materiaal etc. And its all good. Byebye carptax!
