Si Robertson was completely in the dark until "Duck Dynasty" fans popped him in the head with a cluebat. But first, John-David is committed to a lifestyle change, and Si, Martin, and Jay Stone share their best diet and fitness advice. Everyone agrees you need thick skin to cook for the Robertsons. Stone gives an update on the panther trap, and the boys take a look at some questionable new pics sent in for their Trail Cam Confessions segment. And Si offers advice to a high school student about what to do with his life.

Trail cam diaries might be the best idea ever for a podcast...you guys strike gold once again. I’m thinking a MUST do for half of every podcast. It also keeps the conversations going. Love watching from Arkansas
  • Talking about working hard....😳 I used to work 60 and 70 hours a week. Get home cook supper...help with homework...keep my house clean...do laundry...wash the dishes after supper....make sure the kids get their baths & brush thier teeth and get them in bed by 9:00 p.m. on school nights. I finally would get my bath and go to bed. Start over the next day. Wake the kids up and get them ready for school. Then I would get ready for work. I did that for many years. Once they kids got older that helped out a lot. About the time they were growing my mother got sick. I quit working to help take care of her. I helped my mother for several years until I got sick and had a heart attack this past March. I was so stressed out and my health starting getting worse. I have thyroid problems which caused me to gain weight. I have been skinny all my life up until about two years ago when I started gaining weight. That didn't help matters either. I hate it that I can't be who I used to be. I can't help everyone like I used to. That bothers me. I'm like uncle Si, I have to be careful about how much exercise I do. It is scary! I pray God will heal me. 🙏

I grew up with casseroles. My mom knows how to throw a good casserole together. We would have something called garbage casserole which was leftovers along with vegetables, pasta and a sauce thrown into a casserole. May sound gross but it was good to us! 🥘 😋

That cat was paused and he dropped his tail to the ground so he could feel what was going on. The bushy part of the bottom of a cats tail is used to sense vibrations. What’s amazing is that they do it by touch and when they hold their tail in the air they can sense vibrations as well. Very much the same way they use their whiskers. Their tail is what they use to check their six.

Si, thank you for mentioning the name of your exercise equipment. I’m 58 years old, Type1 diabetic for 51 years, overweight, mild heart failure and kidney disease. I need to move more or I will not last too much longer. Lately I’m struggling to even care about getting better. The equipment you use sounds similar to what I used while in cardiac rehab. minus a place to sit. I’m going to check with my doctor and check into buying a Cubii. They sell a purple one. 😀 You guys have encouraged me. God bless y’all.
