The plaintiff says she rented a four-bedroom home from the defendants and left the place immaculate when she moved out. They’re refusing to return her security deposit, so she’s suing for every penny she’s owed. The defendants say the plaintiff moved out late, broke doors, and damaged the bathroom, so they had to use some of the deposit for repairs.

Case: 25-349

  • The guy in the crowd that had the nerve to say section 8 recipients are more likely to be on drugs when he’s clearly on drugs with his jacked up yellow teeth is so funny to me
  • “Your awful angry for someone who went two days over” lmaooo tell her JudgeM lol 😂
  • @heyvern
Some nerve of her to come in there with an attitude when she didn't leave on time!
  • @hanaj
Her attitude is something else. Gets most of her rent paid by Section 8 and she acts so entitled
  • @SouthAnnie
I wanted the judge to tell her she had to pay the whole month of rent for being there on the 1st. She had an attitude during the whole case.
  • @LucyLoveLeng
Her new landlord should watch this episode. 🤣
  • Her attitude is horrible even though she acknowledges that she owes rent in October, no point in arguing with someone like that
  • The plaintiff has no idea how easily they let her off. The defendants did her a favor she will never appreciate.

The plaintiff was definitely indignant and the defendants extended more grace than any other landlords I’ve seen
  • @scoot8792
These landlords are extreme nice. The plaintiff does not know how lucky she is

I’m glad judge said it because I was thinking why is she so mad when that lady could’ve kept so much more??? Omgosh ! 😂😂🤣 Is something wrong with this lady? She stayed two days over!!
  • She had an attitude from the time she walked in.. it made me so angry watching her demeanor, expressions, and the way she talked it was ridiculous

Why do so many tenants think that they can stay an extra day or two and have no financial consequences. She is very lucky the landlords weren't claiming an extra month's rent, otherwise she wouldn't have got anything back...
  • The plaintiff came in with a chip on her shoulder, wasn't even contrite when JM was patient and explained the difficulty of her overstaying into the next month. The defendants seemed quite accommodating considering how indignant the plaintiff was. As for things like the bifold doors, my guess is the door jammed on itself (Possibly in the children's room) and they kept putting pressure on the door and popped the tracks. A dog can most certainly chew on a wall, especially if it is a puppy, or possibly bored.

I love her attitude about her "child" THE PIT BULL like she was DARING the judge to say ANYTHING about her dog. SMH then pay for what your CHILD CHEWED UP be responsible
  • @anthony33s
The plaintiff is so ungrateful. People like her just make my blood boil
