To help reduce the splatter when using the hand mixer to break up the chicken do the following. Take a paper plate (up side down) and poke two holes in the center (lined up with the mixer). Insert the two beaters through the holes and then into the mixer. When you begin mixing, the splatter will hit the paper plate and will reduce the amount of clean up. Just a thought.

I bet this really tastes great BUT a spoon ๐ฅ can stir all of your ingredients & a fork ๐ดcan easily pull any meat apart WITHOUT ANY MESS! Iโm much older than you are & Iโve never seen or heard of using a mixer to break up meat especially when itโs hot or to simply stir! ๐ฎ
