Idk if it's better or cooler than baryon mode. That technique uses principles of fusion and fission, probably actually the coolest power up ever thought of. Using the Earth's rotation is pretty cool though, I'll give them that.

So basically he inflicts his target with some rotating chakra kinda ''draining'' his life slowly. What an insane jutsu. Also there is no way you can't love his attitude and character development. I think Uzuhiko should also work against Kawaki and enemies that jutsu doesnt normally work against since its the planets rotation and not Borutos chakra directly. The ability to deliver it 'invisibly' would be another key to having it affect Kawaki. When all is said and done Kwaki isnt the sharpest kunai in the pouch

So... Uzuhiko is essentially a combo technique with the Rasengan & Neji's 8-Trigrams Rotation move..? Both of his parent's bloodlines' techniques combined into one seems like.. But on Otsusuki & sage mode steroids.. 🤔

I can also imagine boruto creating his own mind-to-mind communication similar to the yamanaka clan, using lightning chakra nature and the natural storms around the world. Allowing him to transmit data like sounds and visuals through it.
