Final Fantasy XIV : Account Bugged, Hyur/ The Lost ( Actual Ixion mount)

My accounts been bugged for a couple months.

I've put in a ticket and also had a forum post but nothing came of it, today after getting Ixion and mounting up this happened haha

Dismounting doesn't fix it.
