Namor is the new-comer into the MCU and as the Lord of the seas - he’s insanely powerful. He’s even been said to be as powerful as Thor, and when he gets into the water, to be as strong as the Hulk. So yeah…I’d say he’s pretty impressive
And today, well we’re gonna really put that to the test! By throwing this king of the oceans vs this king of the oceans! Aquaman, the Lord of the Seven Seas, the King of Atlantis.
So who’s coming out on top here? Well today, we’re gonna analyze their strengths and weaknesses, their powers and abilities, to find out who wins in the Battle Arena!

If Namor cannot communicate to marine life, then how are Namor's people able to ride on whales and other sealife, and aid them? There has to be some level of marine telepathy.

At this point any comparison is unfair until Namor gets a solo film with the same time opportunity to display more feats.

Namor (in the comics at least) can communicate with and command sea life. He can also mimic some of the abilities of sea life. I know he can project electricity like an electric eel.

Namor only loses his strength on land if you go to great means to dehydrate him. Otherwise, him being on land is not much of a weakness. Shuri used equipment to extract the oxygen from Namor's Body. That is a huge difference from just being weaker on land. It's a weakness very few would be able to exploit without prep. Namor's weakness is a nonfactor against Aquaman.

You missed the part where Thanos used his weapon to break Cap's vibranium shield. Take note vibranium might be the strongest metal on earth but it doesn't mean that it's the strongest metal in the universe.

Aquaman is equally strong on land too. There is no dry out factor for him.

Aquaman with that trident and fully discovering its powers is a god. Aquaman communicated to all marine life, ALLL, 7seas. Superman is faster than him but he took his hits and still got up. Aquaman beats namor by a landslide Namor would be real quick flying, but aquaman grabs him one time, it’s lights out

Aquaman doesn't need to go for a swim or grab a sip of water in the middle of a fight

We know that the water makes Namor stronger but are we really gonna act like Aquaman isn't stronger and faster in the water as well. In fact a fight in the water against Aquaman may be even worse for Namor.

I think there’s something to vibranium that might be missed. The AI Shuri had made even said that the raw vibranium clashing with the (refined) vibranium in the ship would cause it to explode. The ship just about disintegrated shortly after. There must be a violent reaction between raw and refined vibranium wherein the refined material is weakened or even destroyed.

Yeah but thanos didn’t use raw strength to break caps vibranium shield, he used the his sword which is made of the same metal as thors hammer

So you missed where Namor’s entire army rode in on marine life? When he showed Shuri Talokan they played and interacted with the underwater creatures. When the government divers were snatched up by a giant deep sea squid??? Your opinion is biased, and untrue

Fun Fact: Namor once broke his entire arm by punching Thor’s sixpack in the Comics. For real! Thor tears him apart

Namor dehydrates quickly, it leaves him highly vulnerable to the point that he can't even withstand simple explosions, if he was dehydrated while fighting newly resurrected superman? superman's punch would literally pass through his chest and come out his back.

Namur has only had 1 limited appearance and Aquaman, like most DC characters, has had a number of outrageous power ups

Well, I believe it's not fair to compare those two together. Aquaman had his own movie, and we see what he can do, so let's wait until Namor get his own movie so we know what all he's capable of doing before comparing those two together. The wings on his ankle's yeah it may look silly right now, I think he's wings are cool that make him stand out from Aquaman. DanCo from the comic books Namor do communicate with marine Life.
