The beer lady would have started declining the offer in the second screen, distracting you with the beer drinking task. (She trades you back a beer each time you give her cash 'back'). At a certain point she stops giving you gp (just declining on second screen after you accept so you think she's giving you it) and each time you're 'returning' the gp you're just handing her yours

The new generation of players/youth coming into the game is a good thing no doubt. Showing them all of these scams, potentially before they fall for them is a good thing too. this specific video was too funny to me for some reason. It really brought back memories.

that second account of his probably makes much more money claiming to get scammed than his "main scam" which is why the main scam is so obvious

3:24 I think someone did this to me a while back. I was nice though, and gave the exact amount of money back each time. After either 2m or 4m (forget which), it just kinda stopped. Maybe he was hoping I'd rush or something, but that wasn't going to happen. Not sure if there's more to it, but I didn't experience anything further

That first scam happened to me recently. Wasn’t familiar with the scam when it happened. Guy traded me a beer and a few hundred k. I instantly traded back to be nice. Went all the way up to 4m and I gave it back. He’s acting friendly and then asks me to buy him a fury because he’s “at GE limit”. I grab my fury out of the bank and trade him. However, he tried accepting without paying for it. I tell him trade me the $$ for it and it’s yours. We go back and forth me asking him why not just pay? He’s saying the exact same thing as the goofball in the video did “wow you’re that selfish over 50 cents…” etc. Definitely would have cashed out if I had known!!!

The sad part is that probably the entire 1.8bill cash stack was from scamming people
