After years of dedicated advocacy from our teams and communities, along with support from local MPPs Mike Harris, Jess Dixon, and Brian Ridell, alongside Tim Rollins, Chair of SMGH’s Board of Trustees, and local partners, this is the moment we’ve been eagerly looking forward to. With one of Ontario’s highest volumes in regional cardiac care, the addition of a third lab means shorter wait times, more procedures, and improved access to timely services, all contributing to better care for our communities.
