Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada has appeared in a US court after being 'tricked' by US federal agents into entering the US.

The 76-year-old is the leader of Mexico's Sinaloa cartel, and is considered to be one of the world's biggest drug lords.

But how was he tricked into getting caught now, after evading top law enforcement agencies in the world for years?

Then miraculously gets "lured" into a trap during his health reclining years in such an easy manner. Don't be fooled folks, he paid billions in bribes to some of your most coveted law enforcement agencies and bureaucracy institutes in order to live this evasive lifestyle
