To me, Thalia belongs in slytherin. The traits are cunning, ambition, and resourcefulness- huntress, needs resourcefulness, and her fatal flaw is literally ambition.

i’ve always believe percy is a hufflepuff. His fatal flaw is literlly loyalty, he dedicates himself to every quest whether or not he’s being asked, and he constantly break barriers as “the nice demigod”
  • If I may, since you've done a "What Hogwarts House would Percy Jackson characters be in" would you be interested in "Which Godly Parent Harry Potter characters would have?" I really like your choices for each characters house and their reasonings and I think it would be fun to see the reverse. I've been a fan of both these serires for years and it's always nice to see each opinion on who goes to which house but we never see what Godly parent Harry Potter would have.

The crossover no one asked for but everyone deserves.
  • I think Percy is a hufflepuff, purely because his fatal flaw is literally loyalty Edit: man this got a lot of replies lol
  • am i the only one who feels like clrice would be a hufflepuff, like shes extremly loyal to the camp and the camper , she puts hardwark to make sure the camp and the campers are safe, puts dedication to make sure its safe and that she can prove her self to her father, and when its not someone she hates she wants to make sure everyone has fair play

That thing with Percy in the underworld was only partly Nico's fault Hades told Nico to bring him down so he can TALK TO PERCY not capture him. Nico protested Percy's imprisonment almost as much as he did with Hades's broken promise
  • Honestly, I think Nico is not Syltherin. He is more Gryffindor or Hufflepuff. Only Slytherin trait that I see in Nico is Self-Preservation, and even Frank comes under that. Nico is Brave and Daring, yet he also shows Loyalty, Fair-Play and Dedication. He is also more patient than most Demigods. What you say of Nico is honestly such a young version of him. He had grown way too much by the time of BoO or tHO. Honestly, the fact you take Nico's fatal flaw- Grudges, as a point for Slytherin, and not Percy's flaw of Loyalty as Hufflepuff is very contradictory of what are criterias used for this video. Edit- Forget the fact I said Nico had Self-Preservation. I remembered his BoO time.

According to me - 1. Percy Jackson - Hufflepuff (As his fatal flaw is loyalty) 2. Annabeth Chase - Slytherin (As her fatal flaw is hubris, she is very ambitious and smart, just like a true Slytherin) 3. Grover Underwood - Hufflepuff (He's very loyal and brave) 4. Thalia Grace - Slytherdor : A mix of Slytherin and Gryffindor (She's very brave and ambitious) 5. Nico di Angelo - Gryffindor (He goes through a lot of changes, though. One of the best character arcs, in my opinion. I feel like he is a perfect mixture of all the houses. At the start of the book, he was a Hufflepuff, just a cute kid who loved to play Mythomagic and looked up to Percy. When Bianca died, he became more revengeful, and became more of a Slytherin. But, in the Heroes of Olympus, he showed more of his Gryffindor side and played a vital role in bringing the Athena Parthenos back to camp, and risking his life for the mission.) 6. Jason Grace - Gryffindor (He would do anything to protect his friends, and he is very chivalrous) 7. Luke Castellan - Slytherin (He was very ambitious and revengeful. Also, he is very manipulative, which is how he got all those young demigods to join Kronos's side and how he got all the camp wrapped around his finger) 8. Clarrise La Rue - Gryffindor (She is very loyal to the camp, is a natural leader, is chivalrous and a little reckless) 9. Rachel Elizabeth Dare - Ravenclaw (She is very creative and resourceful. She is also very wise, you know, being the Oracle of Delphi, and all) 10. Hazel Levesque - Hufflepuff (Honestly, when I think of Hazel, I immediately think of sweet, loyal, hard-working - all the Hufflepuff traits. Like Morgan said, she gave up Elysium for her mother, even when she treated her like trash. Also, she worked very hard to master the Mist, which shows her hard-working nature, and her dedication to help save her friends) 11. Frank Zhang - Huffledor : A mix of Hufflepuff and Gryffindor (In the start, he was a true Hufflepuff - a softie, and someone who was willing to give his life for his friends, like when he was willing to give his life for Hazel in the Son of Neptune. He is also very trusting, which is shown when he gives his stick of firewood to Hazel. After he got the Blessing of Mars, though, he changed a lot - and not just in looks. He became a natural leader, more daring, and the perfect praetor. We all know he will defend Camp Jupiter with his heart, as he is both loyal and brave - a perfect Huffledor) 12. Piper McLean - Slytherin (WARNING : Piper lovers, don't read) I'm going to be very honest, I feel like Piper is one of the worst characters of the 7. Just like Morgan said, she is very manipulative - figures, her literal power is charm-speaking! Even when she was younger, she abused her powers to steal things. She gets really shallow and jealous about Jason, like when she found out Reyna had feelings for Jason. Also, when Drew wanted Jason to like her, she got so possessive and threatened Drew. First of all, her memories with Jason were fake. They weren't even dating. I get Rick wanted to portray her as a tomboy, but it made her feel like someone who hates people who even like the colour pink. She is somewhat of a misogynist, honestly, in my opinion. She also complains a lot. 13. Leo Valdez - Gryffindor (Leo is brave, funny, witty, and loyal. The plot twist when Leo announced to Hazel and Frank that he was going to die - that was a big Gryffindor move right there! He sacrificed his life without a second thought to defeat Gaia. Yeah, he knew he was going to come back, but how sure could he have been? I can't imagine the amount of bravery that must have taken. ) IF ANYONE ACTUALLY READ THIS WHOLE THING, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING!!!
  • My personal headcanon is the Hecate Cabin goes to Ilvermorny in the Fall and Camp Half Blood in the Summer, meaning they sadly have little time to spend with their mortal families.
  • @luvmeday
To everyone saying Percy is a Hufflepuff bc his fatal flaw is loyalty… well my argument is that is literally Harry’s flaw and Voldemort uses that against him multiple times, but no one would disagree he’s a Gryffindor. It has more to do with your positive character traits than flaws.
  • @sasuke-6521
To be honest, Piper was a shock to me. but with your examples, I can't argue. Besides, you didn't even venture into how she can manipulate people with charmspeak and singing skills, befitting for a slytherin.
  • It’s interesting to see how different you can see the same characters, I only thought the same as you on 5 characters; Grover, Luke, Rachel, Hazel & Leo

A lot of the ‘evil’ characters are being defined as Slytherin, and as a Slytherin myself, just because we are in the ‘evil’ house, we aren’t all bad. It really gets under my skin when people tell me “Oh, you’re a Slytherin?” And then try to hide the fact they don’t like me as much as they used to or say “Really! That’s bad! You’re evil!” But I really like how before being ‘this person is bad, so they’re a Slytherin, you show WHY they actually belong in Slytherin
  • To me, Nico fits all the houses very well. It really just depends what book series you are talking about. He has grown a lot. In the early books he would be a slytherin. But in ToA and HoO He would be either gryfinndor or hufflepuff. So Nico is a hard character to place.
  • @noeditz9109
I love this I love it when he does non cannon videos or guessing videos bc they r so fun to watch and see his ideas plz do more of this content but with another one like Star Wars
  • @hassan55055
Percy is a hufflepuff. It makes the most sense. His fatal flaw is loyalty. He is incredibly humble like cedric and values fair play as he let clarisse take the fleece to camp. Because he knew it was her quest. One could make the argument that hes not hard working, but look at how he managed to catch up with his missing work in the trials of appolo. Also everytime he goes into battle its almost always his loyalty to his friends or to the camp that push him to do this
  • I think we'd rather not judge these houses by fatal flaws ( as done by most of the comments ) coz people are defined by their best qualities not their flaws
  • @zelpazz
Morgan is literally the sorting hat in this muggle world. I've seen alot of people sorting percy jackson characters and I couldn't agree more with your choices. Your explanation was very thought out and made so much sense!
