I could imagine someone under the influence getting behind the wheel thinking if they were careful they would get home undetected. I can't imagine that person speeding on city streets and a substance abuse counselor at that. It is just unimaginable.

Social work type job held by a phony and a hypocrite. He didn't believe in any of it, even though he wrote a book on the subject. It was all just a means to a develop a career and to obtain a professional job.
