  • Great video on staying calm! Here are two valuable lessons I took away: 1. Control Your Reactions: Staying calm in any situation is a superpower. By focusing on what we can control—our reactions and attitudes—we can maintain inner peace and make better decisions. 2. Mindfulness and Presence: Being fully present in the moment helps us to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. This mindfulness allows us to stay grounded and calm, even in challenging circumstances. What techniques do you use to stay calm in stressful situations? Let's discuss with me! 💬

I m at the beginning of this stoic journey... I dont listen to social media or very rearly watch news channels.. My bad habit is to go to the worst case senario in any given situation.. I do Tai Chi to try and lessen my stress but its taken these stoic teachings to get me to reflect on what triggers my thought process into those dark places... many thanks to you guys for these words of wisdom
