There are many ways to approach combat in Morrowind. You can poke things with Spear, Bruce Lee things with Hand-to-Hand, and do ethically questionable things with Mysticism. With a total of 27 skills to choose from, it’s easy to define your character's strengths, weaknesses, and overall playstyle. But what if you were only allowed to use Restoration? A school of magic dedicated entirely to healing and fortification. How would you deal damage? Would you be able to beat the final boss? Ladies and gentlemen in this video, I will be answering one simple question: Can You Beat Morrowind with Only Restoration Spells?

Thanks to all who have left words of encouragement/feedback. The next video should be out this week and I'll try to increase upload frequency once I get the hang of this editing + commentary thing. Mike

Oh now we're talkin'
-
This was an incredible run. I cried a single tear when Tarvyn made the ultimate sacrifice. :'(
-
Maybe Tarvyn was the Nerevarine all along.
-
2:45 They say there's no better way to enjoy Vvardenfell than by walking at a snail's pace.
-
- "What are you doing?" - "Opening a merchant's guild in this location"
-
And so ends the Legend of Tarvyn Faren, Slayer of Cliff Racers and Doom of Merchants, in the depths of Red Mountain, the Nerevarine‘s most trusted follower and impenetrable shield of the Chosen One, his heroic sacrifice will forever be remembered and his deeds inspired the likes of St. Jiub in his Crusade against the Cliff Racer scourge. Forever immortalizing his inspiring words “We‘re going to travel together to Pelagiad, right?“ or his famous „Take me to the Halfway Tavern in Pelagiad.“ In a tragic twist of fate, his one wish could never be fulfilled. To this day pilgrims of the Nerevarine Cult honor St. Faren by offering Amulets of Command at the Halfway Tavern in Pelagiad.

This is way more inventive than the average challenge run, bravo. I expected you to just break the rules at dagoth ur and the heart, but this demonstrates way more system mastery, 11/10
-
Poor Tarvyn. He saved the world, but paid the ultimate price.
-
How many cliff racers are you looking to kite? Yes.
-
Maybe the real Nerevarine was the Tarvyn we've made along the way
-
The ingenuity required to remain faithful to the challenge against all odds was just out of this world, insanely well done! Rest in peace, Tarvyn, the unsung legend of Vvardenfell. May afterlife deliver you to glorious Pelagiad that was denied you in life...
-
I'm genuinely surprised that actually worked out, really interesting challenge. A good mix of dry delivery and genuinely clever lines with just the right amount of references and silliness. Great stuff!
-
I'd like to see this character continue the challenge in Tribunal and Bloodmoon
-
Some weird noise in the background told me to check this video out. Pretty great video honestly.
-
This was awesome, I love that you didn't compromise ONCE despite first saying you won't be strict with the rules. Very refreshing.
-
A man with no hair recommended this to me.
-
Didn’t expect such a high quality video when I clicked on this. I gave it a like and hopefully Ill end up seeing another whacky challenge from you man
-
I don't think I've ever seen the Neverine prophecy abused so badly. Great work.
-
Goddam this was insane. Wasn't expecting that end game "fight". Pbly the craziest challenge ever attempted in this game, congrats.
