Wasn’t Lionel coaching you? Did you talk about that in a previous video?

Love coach Wes! He gave me my very first open water clinic when he was coaching in Utah.
  • Lots of wisdom in this video; sounds like a world class approach. This is gonna be the best season yet!

Seems like a great group to have around. Can't wait to see how it sets you up for years to come.

Love this coach's vibes! Super chilled and methodical. Looking forward to seeing the results 🔥 Hey genuine question for you/Wes/Justin: there seems to be a lot of chats about the importance of swim training in a 50m/yd pool VS 25m/yd pool (especially since Ari has been to Australia, plus some of the comments on your videos and on Lionel's videos). What's the view on that? Cheers mate

Love the content. What I'd really like to hear is what exactly is it you are working on technique wise. I get the adding volume and always hear takeout speed is a big requirement at the level you are competing but just throwing in laps seems too simplistic.
