Do you mean start heparin and aspirin pre pregnancy and continue till birth?. Or start these meds at positive pregnancy test?. I tried this treatment at positive pregnancy test and it failed x2. I have APA, anticardioplin (high),low protein S. Should I start blood thinners right after period ends?. If yes is it safe?. Thanks
