Definitely one of the uncrowned Mr Olympia's and they had the balls to look at this man in the eye and tell him that he needed to be bigger, nevermind the fact that he made Jay Cutler look like a fool!

He always was the fan favorite at any shows I went to. He had symmetry too, only thing missing was that he wasn’t in with the judges or politics of bodybuilding.

After seeing this video of Markus Ruel, I realize that in Bodybuilding, age is irrelevant. It's the mind that must truly stay young. The body will follow the mind. So anyone out there in their 40's or 50's and still training, keep it up and GOD BLESS YOU.😇 I'm 69 and will be 70 years young next month.( October ) and I am still very passionate about bodybuilding. Ones true passion is the real "SPARK OF LIFE!".😀🤙
