Modder by the name of "rl Nobody lz" was modding the game and dropping free money on GTA Online. The video is very clear and you can see "rl Nobody lz" doing something! Video was taken starting December 15 at 12:50 something am to December 16 at 1:20am. I posted this video just in case if something happens to my account I have proof i didn't do anything.
