I am 43 years old, I've been a 49ers fan since 1986. We haven't had a franchise quarterback since Jeff Garcia. This kid looks legit. I am so damn excited! He has all the intangibles

Purdy fired up our Offense and Fan base last year, it was exciting as hell.

It’s like a Greek tragedy that we didn’t get to watch this kid play in the Championship game. I hope he comes back 100% as the starter because he deserves to. Doesn’t matter who was drafted where.

Brock was amazing. He was fun to watch. Hopefully, he heals well. We are all rooting for him.

I have been a 9er fan since 1975. Got to see Montana play at the stick. I haven't been so excited about this coming season since those glory days. Joe was amazing to watch, and I can see Brock bringing back the excitement for the fans.

41 and been a 9ers fan all my life. Born in the Bay and at 21 moved to AZ. I lived right down the street from Brock and watched him at Perry HS. He was great then, great in college, and was great when he got his shot. I believe that he is a franchise QB and am so excited to see what he does next season!!

For a rookie to come in the middle of the season for a Playoff contending team and play like that is pretty amazing. I can’t imagine the pressure. He handled it well and succeeded. He lead them to the NFCCG. And that’s not easy to do, especially at a professional level. Dudes confidence must be through the roof. I hope the 49ers have found that quarterback they have been searching for for decades.

I'm watching this on the eve of the game vs the Cards in the '23 season : 12-16-23. Curious that we were 12-4 vs Az's 4-12 in '22 because this '23 season finds us at 10-3 vs their 3-10 mark. Thank you for putting this together and I can't wait for what you compile for the Niners '23 campaign. We have clinched a playoff spot and hold the #1 seed in the NFC. Brock is currently the embedded starter and he's arguably the favorite for the MVP this year along with CMC who's having an incredible year thus far. Jimmy G is gone to the Raiders where he's injured and Trey was dealt to Dallas just before the Niners crushed the 'boys at Levi's 42-10. He's ridin' the pine there. This was absolutely a GAS to watch! Purdy is only getting better! Thanks a lot!

What Purdy did was amazing. I don’t recall a rookie let alone a 7th round pick playing with such poise. It’s a shame you have haters out there finding anything to critique something about him. Give the man his props. Can’t wait for 9/10 against the Steelers and Purdy’s return.

Brock Purdy got this team to be awesome again and fun to watch he takes calculated chances and not scared to stay in the pocket he tries to get the ball in tight spots also he moves the ball around the field not locked in on one receiver

What had we set out to do this season from day one? BE THE #1 SEED in the NFC. How did we do it? 1 GAME AT A TIME and yes, we had 4 stumbles but, WE DID NOT FALTER, WE DID NOT FALL, WE DID NOT FAIL, and WE KEPT MOVING FORWARD. How did we do it? By having FAITH that our young CAPTAIN BROCK PURDY could lead us to our goal and BY GOD HE DID! There is no more doubting this QB, put all that bs and shove it into the critic's pipe and let them smoke it. WE ALL as NINER Faithful and THE PLAYERS did this together as ONE. Next Goal is to complete our QUEST FOR SIX. Let's achieve this goal as ONE solidified FAN/TEAM base and KEEP MOVING FORWARD 1 GAME at a time until we cross that finish line.
