  • I’ve been a vegetarian my whole life and every restaurant in Disney will kindly acomidate you no matter what!
  • I just recently became a vegetarian, and my family is going to EPCOT in February. Could we please have an updated 2020 version?

Dole Whip uses a seaweed derived base instead of milk to create the creamy texture.

If you ever do a updated version of this. Woodys lunchbox in toy story land has a amazing list of vegan options. The chili tots are amazing, even though I went last week I forgot what it's actually called haha but it's so amazing for all you vegan lovers
  • I had bottomless vegan milkshakes at Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge!
  • @utubelovalexa
I’m vegan and I’m so grateful that you included options for me! I’ll be doing the Disney college program so this blessed my heart for when I want to eat in the park!
  • @derekdunn4560
Thank you! I appreciate the lack of black bean burger options! This has been very informative. Thank you.
  • The vegetarian curry pods are outstanding! Wish I had one right now! Tofu bowl was also delicious!
  • @bunniebunss
begging for a 2019 update! so many veggie options are being added throughout the parks!!
  • @DianeBanks1
This was really helpful and also made me hungry, lol. Disney World has come a long way in Vegan & Veggie options but I'm hoping for much broader menu options in the future!! ;)
  • @Kara315
We just got back from our trip and the Tofu Bowl at Satu'li Canteen was really good. I love that you can create your own bowl. We had the Vegetable Curry Pods as well and they were good. Some of my favorites on other trips were Tusker House and Boma. Good variety of choices.
  • @mlzzzthanggg
Yay!!! 👏👏👏👏 Thank you!! Another one to add is Garden Grill. They have all you can eat family style meatless loaf. It’s great! We had to ask for it there was nothing about it on the menu.

New as of late March 2019, Whispering Canyon at Fort Wilderness Lodge has plant based all-you-care-to-eat platter that includes BBQ JAK FRUIT, which, if you have never had this (if they have done it correctly using untie jak fruit) tastes like BBQ pulled pork.
  • @cakeswithfaces
Loved the tofu bowls at Satuli Canteen! I wanted to eat at all the restaurants at AK Lodge, they all looked good :-) Sanaa was fantastic - totally agree about the bread service. Disney World's actually really good for vegetarians - you can often ask for a veggie option if there isn't one, and at some places (like La Hacienda de San Angel) they bring out a special vegetarian menu if you ask.
  • This is so exciting! I'm a vegetarian and I've never been to Disney with this diet before. Boyfriend and I are planning for Jan of 2019 for my birthday, so I'll def use this video to help plan where we eat
  • I’m going to Disney world in March and would love an updated video focusing on vegan and how we can customize things (I have a quick service food pass)
  • So happy for this food blog!!! I absolutely love Biergarten. I agree with the other choices but have some other gems. Columbia Harbour House has a vegetarian chili that is fantastic. Pizzafari surprised me on my last trip with a wonderful Mediterranean flatbread. Their broccoli is also wonderful and flavorful.
  • @LauraMaisano
Can you do a video for best Gluten Free/Dairy Free options?!
  • @diabolically91
I'm so giddy that there were so many new options you've provided me that I hadn't thought of! I'm really thankful! You guys are the best. Love this channel, really enjoyed this vid!!
