You are sooo perfectly balanced as a boss! I have had a few different bosses in the interior design field that were both extremes! One would completely helicopters with everything we did - no trust and made us feel like kids. The other rarely stepped foot in the shop and never taught us her processes or style. I would die for someone in charge like you, Karin!

Did anyone else catch the people in the BMW waving at 9:38?! Haha Love your videos Karin! I recently stumbled upon your channel just days ago and have been hooked ever since. It’s amazing watching videos from 4 months ago and where your subscriber count was to now hitting 10k! Awesome! Your videos give me a real hands-on look to what being a designer or being on a design team is really like. I tried interior design but the timing wasn’t right and I’ve regretted not going back ever since. But watching these videos I’m learning maybe it is not for me. I don’t know. But I’ll keep watching. Your style is amaze btw! 👌

You give amazing content. Unbelievable!!!! Reminds me alot of gary vee but yet unique and special. I love the fact that I am able to witness your growth, pain, discomfort and see how you flip it into a positive. So motivating and its a reminder that my personal growing pains are part of the process. Its not something that can be avoided it just comes with the territory.
