The amount of time I spend watching middle age men eat food on the internet is mind blowing
  • @markdubois3512
The fact this dude is half your size and kept up is extremely impressive

Not only did Brian have a full time job, he also had to feed 6 people on his salary and find time to work out and then won his first strongman, which is when I assume he could probably ease his lifestyle a little. I have no words to express how much dedication this probably takes. Hats off man.
  • The real MVP is Brian's wife for living with them 12,000 calorie farts
  • I love hearing how Brian has come up. Hearing how he used to struggle with money and had to just use any meat is kinda nice to hear knowing he now doesn’t have to worry about it like that anymore
  • @natalyaking2236
I love how Brian is honest about the cheap stuff he would sub in for protein , literally just whatever he could afford and how he would splurge on chipotle

Body and way of eating: Monster His face and actualy personality : a teddy bear

  • I'm 6'4" ~185 pounds. For anyone reading this who knows height/wieght ratios this means Im pretty fucking thin. Ive always struggled to make progress because my intake was low regardless of how much I worked out. This sort of shit is inspirational to me as stupid as it sounds. It's what I've struggle with most and is the lead contributor to why I've fallen out of exercise in the past. Just not getting the progress I wanted. I've gotten back into it again and have focused almost all my attention to food. In doing so I found Shaw and Hall's channel, and while I have no intention of being 300+ lbs or eating 15k+ calories a day its nice to see someone mention the struggle to eat as much as they need to regardless. Most of my friends are inactive and very over wieght, skinny bulkers get no sympathy. Plus this shit helps me put together recipes that will actually pack the caloric punch I need when Im sick of eating.

I’m glad the dishes thing was mentioned. Everybody always talks about how much you have to eat, but nobody ever mentions how many dishes have to get cleaned
  • @andyjensen7656
Tyler was a good sport and definitely powered through the day of eating! It definitely was entertaining to watch both of you go through the meals.
