  • You need to make more connections between cities. Proper spider web it. That way there aren't so many people going through one city.

The Key Is upgrading planes and routes, and building other routes. If an airport is full, it's gonna fill again, and you lose all your money into delaying another airport crisis.
  • @marcor815
Matt upgrading airports is like when you have a reservoir with 10l/s input and 8l/s output and he tries to solve it by increasing the reservoir size not the output pipe size
  • @droppedpasta
Fun fact: Katowice is pronounced “Katowice” in Polish
  • As a Swede, I love your pronunciation of the Swedish cities because they are so bad it makes me laugh.
  • @proesterchen
Hats off to everyone who noticed where Matt died and restarted the game.

11:38 having multiple planes is more useful if they come in different time instead of following each other step by step. Your upgrade made their speeds equal so it's effectively a one big expensive plane

Anyone else notice Copenhagen to Liverpool disappeared and became Copenhagen to London around 5:00?
  • @GigsVT
Longer single leg routes do give more money. You only get paid based on the length of the final leg. Avoid making chains like you did. Always always always upgrade planes and add planes before upgrading airports. Upgrading airports just delays you losing. The only exception is when the largest airplane is bigger than the airport. You do need the airport big enough to fill the plane, but that's later game strat.

It seems the Real Civil Engineer was an architect all along.
  • Need to upgrade airports as a last resort imo. Upgrading them doesn't yield any increased income and doesn't solve the issue that caused them to be backed up Upgrading planes and adding more planes to flight paths gets more income and decreases strain on airports
  • Regarding the polish names od places it is not so difficult once you know how to pronounce letters. They do not have dreams and ambitions like English vowels. A yt video named "How to read Polish or something" is pretty solid.

Approved: your pronunciation of the Sweden cities. Impressed: they’re using small cities in Sweden. Disappointed: they didn’t use the Swedish letters ÅÄÖ. Laugh: your pronunciation of Istanbul, “instant bull”
