This is a sample of the theme for my series, 'Walk Me Home'. Part 2 of the story was just released on Patreon. The plain novel text is free to view, but if you really wanna feel the full, visual experience? Check out the 'artitext' for patrons.

STORY SUMMARY: Walking your OP monster girlfriend home is easy. No one messes with you and gets away with it. Getting back on your own? That's tricky. In a creepy city where light-sensitive monsters come out at night, Norman Newman is a normal human ... which makes him a target for everything that isn't. Will parkour, martial arts, a high-powered flashlight and other gizmos be enough to keep him alive on date night?

LYRICS:
Lady oddity
I couldn't fit you into this little ditty (little ditty)
Beyond rarity
One of a kind you'll ever find in all eternity

I know you're just a little lonely
As I stand right next to you ... (see full lyrics on Patreon)

This is my first attempt at indie pop. It's not perfect, but I'm pretty happy with it 😊 ... I BETTER be after wrestling my audio editing ignorance to squeeze it out of Audacity. It's one of the few songs I've shared with my sister that she actually likes. Really need to get better with Audacity, though 😬.

Amy (the monster) is an indie pop, retrowave, synthwave kind of gal. Norman's tastes are more diverse, but he likes pretty much anything she likes. This song? It's special. It's theirs.

I'm going to draw a cover with the main protagonists at some point. For now, the Bing Image generations in the background will have to do. They're based on Amy's description. She's an atmospheric mind eater (A.M.E.), which makes her something of a storm elemental.

Vocals and lyrics by me. The background song, 'Solitude', is stock music from AudioBlocks (now called StoryBlocks
