Hi Saumya. Thank you so much for this video. I had been using ilifeA9s since past 3+ years and was looking at buying another robot. After seeing your video, I decided to buy Ecovac. Went to their Mumbai office to see demo of N10 and Y1pro, both at same price right now. I finally bought N10 few days back and very happy using it. You are absolutely right in saying, Robots in India have come a long way just in 3 years

I purchased Eureka Forbes Lvac voice pro.. Product is good but aftersales support is very bad.. don't get the spare parts at all.. Even if we call the customer care no response at all

Please tell us about post warranty' service. How long they support with spare parts? I took eureka Forbes. And got simply no spare part service after one year.

Looking at current Indian market, only I life and Ecovacs offers spare parts and service. Even though dreamw might look promising at the price point but the spare parts and the service are currently not available in India. After doing extensive research I have bought Ecovax N10 and I have been using it from past four months and till now I have not faced any issues. Will update if there is any. I bought it at 33000 right now on amazon it's fluctuating from 27000- 30000 rs.

I am confused between ecovas y1 pro and dreame d10s Plus. D10s has camera, auto cleaning bin but its an old model. Ecovas is new with more suction power and seems like slightly better mopping. There is only 2k difference between them. What would you choose?

Hello Saumya, which is better ecovacs N10 vs dreame d10s plus . Pricing of both comes around 30000. Kindly suggest. Main thing i am concerned is cleaning quality and building quality. I am a first time buyer of robot vaccum cleaner. Is dreame mova m1 with half the price also serves the purpose with acceptable performance. Dreame is offering two mop cloth for free with all models now as well. Thank you

This is an excellent and detailed review Soumya! Many thanks for this! It would be nice if you can add one feature to the comparison, which I believe is extremely critical: Models that take multi-purpose Surface Disinfectant liquids (like Lizol / Domex) in a dedicated tank. For me Dreame L10s Ultra vs. Deebot T20 Omni would be decided by this factor.
