  • To whoever is reading this and they want to get off don’t worry about the withdrawals say to yourself BRING THEM WITHDRAWALS ON YA I LOVE I WANT To feel sick and depressed and can’t sleep Bring it on because it means I’m a step closer to never having to be a slave to a drug again and to be free from the drugs and if you’re stupid enough to put yourself through it again and go through it all over again that’s on you but think about what you went through before you Try to chase the dragon again

Day 7 off subs!! I’ve had pretty minimal withdrawals… other then restless legs it hasn’t been to bad for me. I’ haven’t missed a day of work either. Couldn’t have done this without watching your videos man.

Exactly - I concur with the withdrawal stages - the half life of subs exc. it's annoying as heck... no sleep, diarrhea, slight sweats, nothing like hard opioid withdrawal, and just aching enough to keep ya awake for days. I finally chalked it up to being a walking zombi for awhile. I also took 3 wks off... that helps a lot cause u don't have to fake or act like your ok around people that don't understand or don't know what your going thru. On day 37 clean now and doing pretty good and feeling good about that accomplishment. Starting to get more sleep.... spurts of 2-3 hrs at a time. Stay strong everybody, if your getting ready to jump, you can do this... it's sorta like parachuting from a plane... that first steps a big one!, God Bless - thanks again Gabe!
  • It gets better... I’m over a month in and it’s better every day. Stay strong and keep your head up. Your not the only one going through this bs. 🙏

Im on day 9 and am using gabapentin and kratom which is helpful. Im not going back and feel that i have 2 weeks more to go. Hang in there every one. Im a wimp but feel that Suboxone was slowly eating my soul and zombifying me 🎉

I jumped off 16mg a day for 14 months and it took three days before withdrawal to hit and it hit hard! Day 16 today! Feeling good for now.
  • You haven't even started talking about the Suboxone part yet, and I've already liked the video! 😂😂😁🤷‍♀️ I'm 3 years clean almost off of fentanyl morphine and basically any type of opiate. July 19th 2021 what's the last day I used fentanyl, also the first day I started Suboxone 😁 it's a tough fight, I've been decreasing for a while now. Anytime I decrease I feel like I lose a life, it's not impossible! I'm actually thinking of making videos soon to help inspire other people to get off the drugs! I've helped a few of my friends get off of drugs, I've also helped a mother get back to her child! 😁 I'm very passionate about helping people that was in my shoes at one point in my life. I was addicted to drugs for 4 years of my life, way too long. The feeling of needing it over wanting it, is absolutely hell and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I don't even want to smoke nicotine anymore, I feel like it's just holding me down. After my vape runs out, I won't get another. Last week I went out in town, I could have gotten another vape, but I decided not to!

Depends on a lot of factors. How much you were using per day, how long you had been using, your metabolism, if you exercise and eat well, etc..

I’m on day 3 with no Suboxone & no cigs. Was on subs for 7 years 12mg. i’m fighting everything I have in me without opening up my goddamn cabinets and cutting up a strip only like 2 mg or 1 mg I don’t know I’m struggling I was crying all day today listening to songs. I haven’t cried in years it was so weird and random I was thinking about my life in certain songs just made me break out and cry and cry and cry. I’ve taken two months off work. The first month I cut my dosage to 2mg. I’ve gone through methadone withdrawal that was horrible it’s not as bad as methadone that’s for sure but I’m only on day three. I have diarrhea I have hot flashes cold sweats and I’m very irritable and I wanna cigarette lol using Vape flum float. Anyways thanks for sharing your experience 🍻👊

Here's my tips and help I'm going to give you for instant help on suboxone detox #1 Buy an ultra violet heater.. walmart has them for $47. Same one I use. clear out your closet and make a small sauna it works just cover your wall with foil using thumb tacs. For those who don't know ultraviolet heat resembles sunlight, and when you sweat it helps remove the drug from your fat in your brain and body and speeds up recovery and removes cravings. #2 create mood lifting moment's Find a favorite TV show and don't binge, but set up your meals, to coincide with this, your mind will illeviate thoughts of pain. #3 take baths as much as possible, not shower, just sit and soak if you have espom salt use this, anyone will tell you how they ONLY lasted because of baths. #4 - find supplement or vitamin to replace your mental struggle to get high, caffine has helped me Soo much it has become my go-to for that happy feeling, I know this is transferring addictive behavior but you really need motivation to get over the hump. #5 - schedule enough time off - make sure you have your family upto date on your timeline of detox, also if you don't wanna say it's suboxone well people do routine detoxes all the time so let them know it's to repair your health, this will give u confidence in you time of weakness, instead of a nagging family member. Since I prepared my wife she is confident in my weakness and helps me but also pushes me through tough moment's, you can do this !! It gets better, if your feeling awful, baths reset your mind!!! Take ten baths who cares and make good moment's and positive changes.

I’ve taken suboxone for 15 years. I am in treatment currently getting off. He’s lying. It’s atrocious. My doctor told me today-in his 34 years of working at hazeldon Betty ford that sub withdrawals are the worst he’s ever seen. And his patients have described. Mind you- this guy has seen fetnayl iv users, heroin addicts, all of them man. The one thing he got right is the roller coaster and the longevity. It also depends on your dose, synergy, etc. he’s right and he’s wrong. When I stopped suboxone the first time through treatment. I tapered. 8 mgs for 2 days. 4mgs for 4 days. 2 mgs for 6 days. Cold turkey. I was in hell for 2-3 weeks. Accute was manageable with comfort meds and hot baths daily. Lots of water and exercise. It’s doable. But you should be in a controlled environment. No matter the taper you withdrawal. I once also stopped the smart way. Cut over the course of probably a year. Down to .125 mgs. That’s a crumb. I was able to work and get thru it. But this was at 20. 4 years in. I’m 15 years in now. This will be the worst. I’m feeling withdrawals already. Day 2. 16mgs to 8mgs. Went down to half my dose. It depends on who u are. Other drug abuse or alcohol use. Call it 10 days of accute. Worst days are 3-7 days. Then you can do it. God bless good luck and wish me luck too
  • So for me stopping at 4 mg and just abruptly quitting day 3 through 17 were really hard but not unbearable. I think if people can taper do it please. I hate the sweating part that is what bothered me the most .Great video again Gabe !! There is hope for everyone wanting off suboxone!
  • Day 22, and my back hurts, and my head is just crushing constantly. Still can barly sleep. Showers really work. I just want it to chill. There isn't enough weed in the world. But it is a little better. I didn't wean as much as i should have. Really i didn't at all. Ether way no matter what juat deal with it. Your gana go crazy. But learn to deal and calm yourself because no matter what your gana have to do that anyways.
